Trust in Team Dynamics

Trust is a key aspect in team dynamics. It is one of the basic emotions that brings teams together, and unfortunately it can also destroy a team if trust is lost.

The prefrontal lobotomy was widely used in the 1940s and 1950s. It was based on observations of one chimpanzee, whose behavior changed after receiving bilateral lesions to her prefrontal lobe. Largely on this evidence, doctors performed prefrontal lobotomies on human patients who suffered from psychiatric disorders to calm them down. There were side effects and this therapy often did not provide the expected benefits for the patients. What was wrong with the progression from a few primates to widespread use in humans? What questions should have been asked before the technique was used in people?

For your last assignment, I would like you to focus on the RECOMMENDATIONS section. Based on your observations and findings on the Lime, I want you to come up with ways the product can be improved. Imagine you are a HF Psychologist hired by a company that needs your help to improve the usability of their product. Naturally, they will expect you to help guide them in how to fix the usability issues that you have found. 

You can submit this in the form of a list, paragraphs, charts, etc. Again, it is up to YOU as the researcher to get your point across to your client about how they can change the design of their product to improve it’s usability. Anyway you choose to do that is fine.
